About Us
Welcome to Way Out Vintage, for far out guys!
We are a men's vintage clothing website based in the South Bay area, El Segundo, California.
Established, February 2018.
I have been a passionate collector and have worn vintage clothing since 1975. To this day, I still wear, collect and work with men's vintage clothing.
I will be posting over a thousand men's vintage clothing pieces and accessories from my personal collection, many are classics, dead stock, one of a kind or very rare, please be patient, you won't be disappointed!

Here is a little history about me and my passion for vintage!
I've had two vintage stores in Los Angeles, Silverlake, CA in the 1980's (Heydays), the 1990's (Out of Our Heads) and on eBay since 1998 with nearly 3000 positive feedback. We work hard to gain the trust of our customers.
I have sold at the largest flea market in the U.S.A., the Rose Bowl flea market. I have also sold at Pasadena City College flea market and the Long Beach flea market for over 15 years.
I was employed for over 4 years with a large vintage store in Los Angeles called Wasteland as a vintage clothing buyer, window display/merchandiser, photographer, starting up and heading a mid century collectables and furniture department store.
I was also employed for over 4 years in the movie, television and cable industry as a Prop Master and Set Decorator for Disney Studios, Universal Studios, Playboy Channel and KTLA Studios.
Now I'm onto my new business venture, "Way Out Vintage" a website devoted to just men's vintage clothing and accessories with a far out look for stage, film, photo shoots, rock stars and for that bold confident man that might be in you!
Although I prefer the decades of the 1960's through the early 1970's, I do love anything that has a unique cut, color or print from any era as long as it's in great shape and it really stands out!
As I said, I do prefer the mod, op art, pop art and psychedelia era but I do not discriminate against unique classics of other bygone eras!
We try to only sell items that are in very good condition unless they are extremely rare or the cut is amazing and needs to be saved for the fashion industry, history or as an art piece for framing. These will always have a note that they are being sold as is and for historical purposes with a clear description on it's condition. Please note that these AS IS items will always have a no return policy.
Thank you for your interest and for your business. We will always strive to please our customers and to bring you the classics, the unique, the rare and the outrageous for that groovy guy in you, that is if you dare to stand out and not blend into the beige crowd!
